Returns
Your happiness and enjoyment of our products are paramount to us. If you are unsatisfied with our soaps or other products, please email us at support@fightinggoat.com, or call (800) 674-3717.
We accept returns of any unused product purchased online within 15 days of receiving your product shipment. We’ll email you a label to print out, place on your package, and ship back at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued and you will receive an email from us confirming that the transaction has been processed.

Please note that due to inevitable fraudulent activity, we have set the guidelines below for our return policy:
- The 15-day return period only applies to 1 product per customer.
- If you purchase more than 1 product, you will only be eligible to return 1 of those products.
- We are not liable for returned products that are damaged or lost in transit to Fighting Goat Soap Company.
- We also do not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
- If you are dissatisfied with a subscription purchase, please contact customer service as soon as possible so that we can cancel your subscription and address your concerns: Email support@fightinggoat.com or call (800) 674-3717.
- We will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on FightingGoat.com, not products purchased through retail outlets or our partners' online stores.
